W10 should have automatically installed the drivers for those, so I recommend that you uninstall them both, restart the PC, and see if windows installs them correctly. You have some kind of issue going on with the USB controllers in your screenshot. Once you do that, you can exit out of Ubuntu, remove the flash drive, restart the PC, and when you get back into Windows, the Bluetooth should be showing up. Then turn on the Bluetooth device in Ubuntu. The problem is, the HP connection manager doesn't work on W10, so in order to turn the Bluetooth on, the easiest thing to do is to make a bootable Ubuntu installer from the link below.īoot from the Ubuntu installer and select the option to try Ubuntu without installing option.
